Master Link Assembly with Quad Sub-Links (4.25 Tonne to 63 Tonne)
Engineered for heavy-duty overhead crane operations and multi-leg sling fabrications, these high-tensile master link assemblies consist of a main master ring connected to two forged sub-links (quad assemblies). Designed to handle safe working loads from 4.25 tonnes up to 63 tonnes, they allow the clean, uncrowded attachment of 3-leg and 4-leg chain slings, wire rope slings, or synthetic webbing slings onto crane hooks.
Key Features:
* Dual Sub-Link (Quad) Design: Main ring sits directly on the crane hook while two sub-links house the sling legs, preventing sling crowding and ensuring balanced load distribution across all 3 or 4 legs.
* Grade 80 / Grade 100 Forged Alloy Steel: Drop-forged, quenched, and tempered to deliver high fatigue resistance and extreme tensile strength under heavy shock loads.
* Proof Tested & Certified: Individually proof-tested to 2.5\times the Working Load Limit (WLL) with complete batch traceability and compliance with EN 1677-4 and ASME B30.26.
* High-Visibility Protective Coating: Finished with a durable, heat-cured powder coating (safety yellow or red) for superior corrosion protection and easy site identification.
* Seamless Welded Joint: Precision flash-butt welded joints ground smooth to ensure zero stress concentrations or snags on sling hardware.
Applications:
* 3-Leg and 4-Leg Grade 80 / Grade 100 chain sling assemblies
* Multi-leg steel wire rope and polyester sling terminations
* Heavy industrial rigging, container handling, and shipyard crane lifts
* Structural steel Erection and pre-cast concrete panel placement
